The countdown is on for one of Ballyboughal's biggest community celebrations as the Ballyboughal Summer & Heritage Festival 2026 returns on Saturday, 20th June 2026.

Residents, families, visitors, and friends of the village are invited to come together for an afternoon and evening packed with entertainment, community spirit, and local heritage.

Parade Kicks Off the Festivities

The festival will begin with a colourful community parade departing from the bridge in the village at 4:00 PM. Expect a fantastic atmosphere as local groups, organisations, and community members take to the streets to officially launch the celebrations.
